User satisfaction survey

The EPO has conducted comprehensive, independent User Satisfaction Surveys (USS) for many years. The results are used for continuous improvement of products and services throughout the patent granting process. The user satisfaction surveys are run regularly with our users across the globe through an external research consultancy, evaluating both qualitative and quantitative aspects of our work.
